The purpose of this statement is to optimize usage and improve our service regarding accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities.
Our accessibility adjustments were made in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Services), 2013, to level AA, subject to changes and adaptations made according to the Israeli standard document.
Accessibility was tested in the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Mozilla, and Edge.
Accessibility features available on the website:
- Support for all standard, accepted browsers (such as Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Mozilla).
- The website content is written in clear language, using readable fonts.
- The website structure is built with headings, paragraphs, and lists.
- Navigation on the website is simple and user-friendly, including clear and accessible menus.
- The links on the site are clear and explain where the user will be directed upon clicking.
- Sticky top menu links that allow skipping to the desired content.
- Alt text descriptions for images and icons for assistive technologies.
- Responsive website adapted to different screen resolutions.
- Pause/play buttons for galleries and videos where applicable.
- ARIA rules are implemented to help interpret the site content more accurately.
- Accessibility of menus, forms, fields, heading hierarchy, tab components, popups, and more.
Display customization on the website:
- Pressing the "Esc" key on the keyboard will open the accessibility menu on our site. Pressing "Esc" again will close it.
- You can zoom in or out on the website using the “CTRL” key together with the mouse wheel, or with the “+” key to enlarge or “–” key to reduce the display. Each click will increase or decrease the screen size by 10%.
- Font size changes can be made using the accessibility menu on the website (opened with Esc).
- Users who do not have or cannot use a mouse can navigate the website using the “TAB” key. Each press will move the cursor to the next available item.
- Pressing the “Enter” key will activate the link currently focused.
- The website does not include flashes, flickers, or moving content. In places where such content exists, pressing "Esc" opens the accessibility menu, where you can choose "Block Animation."

Accessibility limitations:
The website management makes every effort to ensure that all displayed pages are accessible. However, some pages may not yet be accessible, or a suitable technological solution has not yet been found for making them accessible. In addition, external advertisements inserted by business owners advertising on the site may not be fully or sufficiently accessible.
